KDL was established by Ken and Lorna Maddock with the aim of specialising in home renovations, extensions, interior fit-outs, council consents and Building Code compliance.

We can organise your whole project from beginning to end liaising with architects, engineers and local authorities to obtain the necessary consents and compliance documentation.  Alternatively, we can project manage the implementation of plans you may have developed yourself.

KDL adheres to a quality health and safety regime with up to date Site Safe and First Aid Certificates and always operate a safe and clean worksite.
