We will remove your old bathroom suite, remove the old wall linings back to the timber frame

We will supply and install insulation if needed

We will supply and install any extra wiring and plumbing as required

We will reline the bathroom using 10mm Aqualine where required and 10mm standard GIB everywhere else

We will stop and seal the new GIB ready for painting

We will supply and install

 

        1)  900mm x 900mm Englefield  Sapphire sliding corner shower with a moulded liner

        2)  900mm vanity up to the value of $600

        3)  Classico close coupled toilet suite (either p or s trap)

        4)  Foreno Le Tap basin mixer, shower mixer & shower slider

        5)  900mm mirror bevelled edge mirror with Apollo double halogen light above

        6)  Goldair 3 way light (heat, fan. light)

       

We will prepare the bathroom floor and supply and install vinyl upto $50 per square metre

We will paint all woodwork, walls and ceiling in the bathroom with acrylic enamel paint to your colour choice.

We can replace your low pressure hot water cylinder with a 180 litre mains pressure system from $3150 inc GST

 

Once the job is complete, we will supply you with an electrical certificate for the work done, all the warrantees for the fixtures and a 5 year installation guarantee.

 

Fixtures can be viewed at www.plumbin.co.nz or Mitre10 Mega website. All rubbish created will be removed and the site will be left clean
